Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA) was launched in 2017 to promote the development of sustainable Urban Energy Systems in the Asia Pacific region. APUEA’s membership and activities serve as an information hub to support city policymakers, program managers, and other stakeholders in the design, development, and implementation of sustainable urban energy systems. Through the activities, including APUEA events, conferences, and continuous outreach to APUEA’s members, APUEA share international and regional best practices for planning and implementing sustainable urban energy systems—including policies and regulations, business models, and technologies for implementing district heating and cooling, smart grids, energy efficiency improvements, and renewable energy systems.

HGBA is a socio-professional organization operating in the field of production and business aimed at green goals and sustainable development. Its mission is to connect the business community, promote green transition, develop green supply chains, expand markets for green products and services, and enhance cooperation with domestic and international organizations, businesses, and partners.
The Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association (HGBA) was established under Decision No. 1417/QD-UBND dated April 16, 2025. It was transformed from an association to a professional association under Decision No. 1444/QD-UBND dated September 12, 2025, issued by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City regarding the conversion of public associations following the merger of administrative boundaries. The Association currently operates under the charter promulgated together with Decision No. 2613/QD-UBND dated November 10, 2025, by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. HGBA serves as an action-driven network—where large enterprises mentor smaller ones, knowledge is shared, and every member can initiate or accelerate their green journey.
